Shipping
Below we report the policies relating to orders shipped by Con.tex Srl, operational from Monday to Friday:
- Each shipment is accompanied by an official receipt which declares the value of the items in Euros, in accordance with current legislation. In the case of items on sale, the receipt will show the discounted amounts. It is important to note that the products purchased are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the manufacturer according to the applicable community legislation.
- The right of withdrawal is governed by the following mandatory conditions:
1. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags attached.
2. The product must not have been used, washed or tampered with.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the relevant receipt included inside the package.
- The product to be returned must be delivered to the shipper within 7 days of communicating the decision to withdraw from the contract to the seller, made via the form on the site or via WhatsApp. In the event that the customer has benefited from free shipping thanks to exceeding an amount threshold, and wishes to return only a part of the purchase lower than the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the collection costs from the refund of the product.
- Unless otherwise indicated due to warehouse overloads, refund and return acceptance times are three (10) working days. Once the return has been accepted and the refund has been made, a notification will be sent via email or WhatsApp to confirm the operation.
- For purchases equal to or greater than €99, shipping is FREE.
